Known as the ‘King of Oils’ because it is so useful however you may like to use to:

Uplift or Focus your mood. Diffuse in the mornings to freshen up the home or dilute with fractionated coconut oil in a roller bottle and wear as a daily perfume that smells lovely but supports your health and well being too.

Multiple uses including help with head aches, bumps and bruises and to wind down in the evening. Diffuse in the evening to settle the mood of the home a couple of hours before bed time.

One of the most versatile of oils, we use for many of the uses suggested but in particular to clean stubborn stains on appliances e.g.

fridge, microwave even whiteboards in the office. Also great to uplift the mood of those in the home or office to focus and great to deal with any bugs in the air when fighting off colds.

Enhance your cooking (but use sparingly as is very strong) e.g. in pasta sauces, oil for the bread or savoury muffins.

Can be used to reduce bad breath. Swish diluted in your mouth or a drop in hot water as a herbal tea. Being mindful that one drop of peppermint oil is the equivalent to 28 cups of herbal tea. So recommend a drop or 2 for a pot of herbal tea.
